Using nstalent.xyz

nstalent.xyz is an MVP talent network for people connected to Network School-style communities to list who they are, what they offer, and what they’re looking for, and to connect with each other. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or removed while the service is being tested.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate profiles, successful connections, user identity, or any particular result from reaching out to another member.

Your content

You are responsible for your profile, messages, links, and any other content you submit. Keep your profile accurate and respectful, and don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

Connections happen between people

nstalent.xyz gives members the primitives to find each other and get out of the way. It is not a party to any arrangement, hire, collaboration, payment, or transaction between members. Payments and agreements happen off-platform, directly between individuals.

Conduct & moderation

Be decent. Harassment, spam, impersonation, and abuse are not allowed. We may hide content, block accounts, or remove access to keep the network healthy.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, nstalent.xyz and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses connected to member interactions, unavailable service, inaccurate content, or third-party conduct.
