This policy explains the basic data practices for the nstalent.xyz beta. The service is operated on a best-effort basis, and privacy controls may evolve as the product matures.
We collect information you provide when you use nstalent, such as your profile details (name, headline, background, skills, what you offer, what you’re looking for), your booking and contact links, messages you send, and form submissions. We also store basic account identifiers from Network School sign-in.
We use information to run the network, show member profiles, power search and match suggestions, support account access, deliver messages or notifications, improve reliability, investigate bugs or abuse, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
When you publish your profile, its content — your name, headline, background, skills, offering, what you’re looking for, and any links you add — is visible to other signed-in members. Your contact methods are private until you choose to share them inside a conversation.
Do not include sensitive information in your profile, messages, or contact fields unless you are comfortable sharing it with the intended audience.
We send transactional emails (connection requests, messages, and status updates) based on your notification preferences, which you can change in settings. Replies to those emails may be relayed into the relevant conversation.
The service is not intended for children under 13. Do not use nstalent.xyz if you are not old enough to use online services under the laws that apply to you.
